The laser cut, full tang Pontormo knife can be used for cheese, meat or vegetables. The angle of the blade allows for greater force with less effort. The rounded cutting blade can be used as a mezzaluna and the width of the blade allows for cut items to be easily picked up. Handle is made of Black Lucite and comes with a wood storage block.
