Each knife is created start to finish by a sole artisan and bears his or her initials on the blade. This 3 piece set is handsomely presented in a wood box and includes knives for soft (9"), semi-hard (8") and compact cheeses (7"). The blades are high carbon stainless steel, the handles are cornotech with brass rivets.
