IN STORE RETURN POLICY
We would be delighted to exchange items within 15 days of the date of purchase. All items must be in original condition and not worn or damaged. The items must be accompanied with a gift receipt, or the original receipt. Items may be exchanged for other items in the store. A store credit may also be issued if preferred. Store credit never expires and may be applied to any merchandise in the gallery. We offer no credit card or cash refunds.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
- Online purchases must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Due to the nature of our products we do not issue refunds.
- Items should be returned new, unworn, clean and undamaged.
- If in the event you should receive your order and it is damaged or you received the wrong item, we will cover the return charges and issue you a replacement. If we are sold out of the product we will issue you a refund.
- All returns must include original packing list with the items you are returning circled and the RA# and reason for return clearly indicated.
- No Returns are accepted without approval and an RA Number
- No Returns are accepted without following the proper return request on our returns page Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you a shopify gift card code in the amount of your return less shipping charges. This code will allow you to shop online for any product and this credit never expires.
- Please note all sale items are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns on these pieces
