RETURN POLICY

We would be delighted to exchange items within 15 days of the date of purchase. All items must be in original condition and not worn or damaged.The items must be accompanied with a gift receipt, or the original receipt. Items may be exchanged for another items, or a store credit may be issued if preferred. Store credit never expires and may be applied to any merchandise in the gallery. We offer no credit card or cash refunds.

At present, purchases cannot be made online, however you may make purchases over the phone. Please call or email us if for assistance.

HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY

Regular Items
We would be delighted to exchange gift items purchased between November 1st and December 24th, 2011 by January 31st, 2012. The item must be accompanied by the gift receipt or original bill of sale. The item may be exchanged or a credit note can also be issued if preferred. Store credits never expire and can be applied to any merchandise in the store. We offer no credit card, debit, or cash refunds.

Seasonal Items
Due to the seasonal nature of our Judaica, Christmas ornamentation, decorations, and cards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. All of these sales are final.
